Registration

The MOC committee has decided to hold this conference in an online format instead of a hybrid format.
This is due to the ongoing spread of COVID-19 in Japan including the fact that a state of emergency has been announced in Shizuoka Prefecture where MOC2021 was planned to be held.
After careful consideration of the serious influence of COVID-19, the MOC committee has decided to hold this conference in a hybrid format with both on-site and virtual versions to encourage many more people to participate in MOC2021.

To register for MOC2021, please click ‘Click for Online Registration’ at the button of this page. Onsite Registration will be available both on-site and online during the conference from September 26 to September 29.

* Registration fee for on-site or virtual participation is the same.
* All rates inclusive of 10% consumption tax.

 

Registration Category Criteria

*To qualify for Student Registration rate, you must be a full-time student in an accredited university. Please submit a copy of valid ID (student card or official letter) to the Conference Secretariat by e-mail within two business days of registration completion.

 

Conference Party (only for onsite attendees)

Conference party is under consideration. When the conference party is scheduled to be held, we will announce it to the registered participants.
Additional fee is needed for the conference party.

 

Payment

All payments of Online Registration must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY) by credit card or by bank transfer afterwards.
Bank transfer payment must be received no later than September 10. Cash as well as credit card are available at Onsite Registration.

 

Credit Card: We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.

Confirmation

After the full payment is confirmed, attendees will receive a final confirmation e-mail that includes the ID and password for online participation of MOC2021 in late September 2021 before conference period. Please save this email as proof of your registration.

 

Payment Receipt

Payment receipt will be available for download from the "My page" of registration page (https://www.gakkai-web.net/p/knt/moc21/reg/mod2.php) after September 16, 2021. Please log in to your registration account to download it. If you are not sure about your registration number and password, please refer to the automatic email notification received after your registration is complete. The recipient name of the payment receipt can be specified on the registration page. The downloading deadline is 5:00 pm, October 29, 2021. Please be noted that the system will be closed and the payment receipt cannot be issued online after the deadline.

 

Change / Cancellation / Refund Policy

Registration

Your registration information cannot be changed online. In case of any changes in registration information, please contact MOC2021 Registration Desk (moc2021@or.knt.co.jp) via email. For cancellation after submission, it is also required to inform MOC2021 Registration Desk by email.

 

Cancellation Fee

No refunds of the registration fee will be made for any reasons whatever. In case of registrant unable to attend the conference, Technical Digest (PDF format) will be sent after the conference.

 

Insurance

Please note that it is the responsibility of all attendees to take out full insurance to cover all expenses, including registration fee, in the event that they are unable to travel for any reason.
